Unfoliated: 'This Court takeing into Consideracon aswell the late Act of Parliamt made for the manteynance of Maymed soldiers dated the xxxth of Sept last as the Certificate of Robte Holmes a maymed soldier and in pursuance thereof doe order that Willm Lea of Pembton gent one of the treasurers wthin this County for the maymed soldiers shall forthwth upon sight hereof allowe & pay unto the said Robte Holmes the weekly some of foure chillings for his manteynance & sustentacon the same weekly allowance to commence from the date hereof & to continue untill the next Assizes to bee holden at Lancaster where further order is to bee taken for his future releeffe as by the said Act is appointed.'
