Reported that Harding had long served parliament in England and Wales, and because of 'sicknes[s] & Lamenes[s] fallen into debt & pov[er]tie not haveinge money to defray the charges of his Quarters nor to carry him to ye Army'. The Court recommended his case to Mr Basnett the Treasurer to give him 20 s., if the money was available, 'to carry him to ye Armie' because the court knew 'noe meanes to raise money for ye pr[e]sent'.
