Unfoliated: 'Whereas Richard Ridley a poore maymed soldier hath peticoned this Court for his pencon due this last year and for that this Court is informed that all the maymed soldiers that had pencons wthin this County are all dead save the said Ridley & one Wm Wilson and that there is some moneys remaneing in the hands of Capt Richard Whithead named & appointed treasurer for the said maymed soldiers of the last taxe gathered wthin this County yt is therefore ordered by this Court that the said Capt Whitehead shall upon receipt hereof out of the said moneys pay unto the said Rich Ridley his pencon beeing five pounds due for this last yeare & for soe doing this shall bee his discharge.'
