Upon the petition of Mr Richard Justice of York, former royalist soldier who had received several wounds in his service and was recommended by Sir John Goodricke knight and baronet, it was ordered that Justice be admitted a pensioner and have £3 per year out of the whole county, that is 10 s. per annum from each hundred.
