The treasurer's account for 1677-78 presented to this Sessions records that he received 10 s. at the July 1678 Sessions at Bridgwater, the October 1678 Sessions at Bath and the January 1678 Sessions at Wells. It was ordered at this Sessions that the Shepton Mallet pensioners should have 5 s. apiece, perhaps because they had received no payment at the April 1678 Sessions.
