'It appeareinge to this Court that Richard Holland of Twycrosse in this County was a soldier for the late Kinge Charles the First and had behaved himslefe very well and received wounds in the late wars. It is therefore ordered by this Court that the Treasurer for maimed soldiers for this county doe pay unto the said Richard Holland the yearly sum of Forty shillings at such tyme as other persons are paid.'
