[f.144r] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Richard Delve of Morchard Bishopp in this County a Souldier maimed in the Service of his late Majestie King Charles the First of Blessed memory This Court doth thinke fitt & order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Richard Delve a pencion of 30 s. per annum by quarterly payments vntill further orders and 2 s. and 6 d. in hand.’
