'It is ordered by this court that the Treasurer for the westerne parte of this county doe pay unto Phillip Lovelace of Broadsidling the summe of twenty shillings per annum quarterly as a pencion dureing his life, if the same shall not hereafter be duely revoked by this court, he having behaved himselfe loyall and faithfull to his late majestie & to his majestie that now is dureing the late unhappy wars.'
