[f.221] ‘Vpon the humble peticion of Peter Tincombe of Exmister in this county a Souldier maimed in the Service of his late Majestie King Charles the first This Court doth thinke fitt & order that the said Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this county doe henceforth pay vnto the said Peter Tincombe an adicion of tenn Shillings a yeare to his former pencion vntill further order & five Shillings in hand.’
