It appears to this court that Captain Nicholas Rookwood, who formerly served King Charles the Second of ever blessed memory, is reduced to a low condition in fortune, and has not the wherewithal to supply himself. This court therefore orders the treasurer for mariners and maimed soldiers of this division to pay him the yearly pension of £8 by quarterly payments for his support and livelihood.
