Notes

Hayne had previously been granted a pension, but 'haveing something fallen to him of a personal estate from some freinds was contented to ease the county of the charge of the said pencion & the same was not paid'. He had since been 'reduced to a poore condicion', and requested that his arrears were paid and his pension continued. The clarke of the peace was ordered to 'make search amongst the records of this court if the order for the pencion was not repealed & when the same was paid & for how long & to certifie the same att the next sessions when such further order shall be made therein as shall be just'.
