[f.33] 'Vpon the humble petition of Nicholas Dench of Ashburton in this County a Soldier Maimed in his late Majesties Service This Court doth thinke fitt & order that the Treasurer for the maimed Soldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Nicholas Dench a pencion of Tenne Shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further order over & beyond his former pencion of Thirty Shillings per annum.’
