[f.45] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Nehemiah Burton of Crediton in this County a Soldier maimed in his late Majesties Service This Court doth thinke fitt & order that the Treasurer for the maimed Soldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Nehemiah Burton a pencion of Forty Shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further order and Five Shillings in hand.’
