Myles Aticke, John Dishforth, Will[ia]m Musgrave, Will[ia]m Shay and Henry Haigh, pensioners, petitioned the court claiming that they did not have notice of the meeting at Dalton before the JPs held to regulate the pension roll and were left off the roll in their absence and were likely to lose their pensions. The matter was referred to Sir John Kay Bt and Edward Copley Esq, to call the petitioners before them and reinstate them in the roll, if the petition was found true.
