Notes

Stacy served as a quartermaster to a troop of horse under the command of the right honourable Montague late earl of Lindsey at Edgehill fight, where he received several wounds. He was 'now decayed in his estate, and not well able to maintain his family'. [Stacy is not named in the 1663 List, so presumably did not submit a claim at that time.]
