A soldier for King Charles the First ‘of ever blessed memory’. [This would seem to be the Molyneux Disney (1614-1694) who was the eldest son of William Disney of Norton Disney, Lincolnshire. He compounded in 1649, and served as a lieutenant-colonel in Charles II’s army after the Restoration. In 1680 he attempted unsuccessfully to claim the barony of Hussey. Disney’s only surviving son, William, was executed in 1685 for his part in Monmouth’s rebellion.] Pension of £10 per annum, plus £5 as an immediate gratuity, plus 4 s. for his order and petition.
