[f.140] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Michael Commyns of Christowe in this County a Souldier maimed in his late Majesties Service and who by former Order of this Courte received a pencion of Twenty shillings per annum by quarterly payments This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Michael Commyns a pencion of Tenne shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further Order over and besides his former pencion.’
