Unfoliated: 'Yt is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore wthin the psih of Manchester shall forthwth upon notice hereof make pvision as well for the manteynance and sustentacon of Marie wife of Henry Peake of Blackley & her two yongest Children whose husb is a soldier in Ireland for the service of the Comonwealth of England; & hath left noe means behnd him for her & her childrens reliefe as for A convenient place of habitacon for them wthin Blackly afforesaid; or otherwise upon Complt made to any Justice of Peace wthin this County a wart shall bee awarded agt them to take them bound to answer theire Contempts at the next Sessions of peace here to bee holden.'
