Unfoliated: 'It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore wthin in the pish of Garstange shall forthwth upon Notice hereof make pvision for some convenient allowance and give unto Mary Goose widow a poore woman whose husband was slane by Prince Rups Forces at the taking of Boulton for & towards the carrying up to London the said Mary Goose & James Goose her little sonne or otherwise shall make pvision for the manteynance & sustentacon of the Children of the said Mary Goose in some good & Competent manner soe as they shall not beg in default thereof upon complaint made to any Justice of peace wthin this County a warrant shall bee awarded against them to take them bound to answer there Contempts at the next Sessions here to bee holden.'
