Unfoliated: 'Yt is ordered by this Court that the Ch & Ov of the poore wthin the pish of Leyland shall forthwth upon notice hereof aswell make pvision for a Convenient place of habitacon wthin Whittle in le woods for Marry Brooks & her two Children whose husband was slaine in the pliaments service in Scotland as alsoe shall make pvision for convenient manteynance for them in a Competent manner & it is Conceaved & thought fit by this Court that shee shall bee incerted in the list to bee given for maymed soldiers widowes & orphants & to have allowance according to act of Parliamt untill wch tyme the said Ch & Ov of the poore are to pvide for them accordingly under the paine of xxs a month to bee Imposed upon them makeing default hereof.'
