Fol. 47v: Margarett Baldock of St Mildred’s Parish petitioned the court that her husband, Richard Baldock, was slain in Parliament’s service whilst under the command of Captain Nelson in the regiment of Sir Michaell Lusie at the siege of Deal Castle. A certificate was also provided. It was ordered that the Treasurer for Maimed Soldiers pay her a weekly pension of 12 d.
