Unfoliated: 'Yt is ordered by this Court that the Ch & ovseers of the poore wthin the pish of Whalley shall forthwth upon notice hereof make pvision for the manteynance & sustentacon of Margrett Wilson of Colne & her little Child by makeing an assessmt for them; whose husband was prst for the service of Ireland & left noe meanes for there manteynance the same to bee allowed unto them weekely according to there wants untill the next Sessions here to bee holden or further order bee made herein or otherwise upno Complaint made to any Justice of peace wthin this County a warrant shall bee awarded agt them to take them bound to answer there Contempts at the next Sessions here to bee holden.'
