Notes: [f.544v] Order to the sequestrators for Bucklow hundred, mentioning an order at Nether Knutsford Sessions on this date for the relief of maimed soldiers, widows and orphans, ‘for that there is as yet noe certayntie setled for theire present reliefe’. It is ordered that those whose petitions were on file are to have 20 s. each for their present relief from the sequestered estates where they were born or last dwelt, until care be taken at the next Sessions to address their wants, and to pay Margaret Rardford, widow, whose husband was slain 20 s.
