fol. 212: Margaret Kenswick of Milton by Gravesend had been settled at Milton for many years and by the death of her husband, could not provide for herself and three small children. She was also was destitute of a dwelling. It was therefore ordered that the Overseers of the Poor for Milton were to find her a place of settlement and provide for her. It was further ordered that the Treasurer for Maimed Soldiers pay her a gratuity of 20 s., in regard that her husband was previously wounded in Parliament’s service.
