[f.257r] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Lewis Jordan of Coleridge in this County a Soldier maymed in his late majesties service & who formerly received a pencion of Forty Shillings per annum which of late hath been redused to Twenty shillings per annum This Court doth order that the Treasurer for the maymed soldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Jordan a pencion of Thirty Shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further order ye said payment to commence att this present Sessions.’
