[f.216] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Katherine the relict of Richard Truerne late of Tauistocke in this County who was slaine in his Majesties Service & vpon Informacion & certificate made thereof vnder the hands of the right honnerable John Earle of Bath This Courte doth order the Treasurer for the maimed Soldiers of this County forthwith to pay vnto the said Katherine or her order the Summe of Tenn Shillings as a gratuaty of this Court & that shee trouble this Court no more.’
