"Whereas John Worth late of Brixton was a souldier in Plymouth in the late warr & slayne in the service of ye Common wealth since which tyme an order was granted to Judeth his wife to receive 40 s. yearely pencion towards her maintenance & reliefe of fower children which was denyed her about one yeare last past without speciall order of this court, And for that the said Judeth is a very poore woman & an obiect of charity, It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer for the maymed souldiers … doe forthwith pay unto the said Judeth all the arrears due to the 25th of March last & doe from henceforth continue her payments till farther order."
