"Whereas it appeareth … that Joseph Trull of Farway was a souldier & wounded in the service of the common wealth in his legg whereby he is disenabled to get his maintenance, It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer … doe forth with pay unto … [him] twenty shillings & he to bee farther considered of upon procuring a certificate under a Commissionate officers hand & seale that he was wounded in ye said service."
