Warrant notes that Williams, a trooper under Captain Combes, had arrears of pay before 24 January 1645, when he was captured and subsequently held prisoner in Banbury. Order to pay Williams full settlement of arrears, and order addressed to ‘the sequestrators added for our assistance’. Warrant signed by Edward Farmar, Edward Harby and Thomas Pentlow. Receipt acknowledged by Williams, but no marks appended.
