f. 17v: A pensioner's place being void this present Sessions by the incapacity [ineligibility] of one Weedon, a maimed soldier, that pensioner's place is by this Bench conferred and bestowed on John Stapes, a late servant to Sir John Wittewronge, knight, which Stapes was heretofore maimed in the Parliament's service, he being a soldier under Captain Wingate, a gentleman of this county.
