‘For that it appeareth vnto this Courte that John Shepheard of Tallaton who had a pencion of 40 s. per annum formerly allowed him as a maymed souldier was sicke at the time when the Justices of that division had last inspeccion into the impotency of the maymed souldiers and vpon his non apparance was strucke of 10 s. per annum It is now ordered that the said John Shepheard shall have his said former pencion of 40 s. per annum continued till further order.’
