"Whereas at the generall sessions … held … the 20th day of Aprill last, It was then ordered that the Treasurer … should pay unto John Scoble of Plymouth forty shillings for his present releiefe being wounded in the service of the common wealth & disabled to follow his calling & to be further considered upon procuring a certificate under ye hand … of a Commissionate officer, the which he hath at this present sessions done, It is therefore ordered that the said Treasurer doe from Easter next pay … forty shillings yearely for his pencion untill farther order."
