Whereas John Moyse of Woodbridge Hateheston in this county had formerly a pension of forty shillings per annum granted him, to be quarterly paid by the Treasurer for the Maimed Soldiers for this division, this court does think fit and order that the said pension be revived, and that the Treasurer for the Maimed Soldiers within this division do forthwith pay the said John Moyse thirty shillings of his arrears due and unpaid; and for the time to come do pay unto the said John Moyse the sum of forty shillings yearly, to be paid quarterly.
