The court heard both parties in the dispute between Kirk Levington and Faceby and decided that John Morley should be settled at Kirk Levington. The churchwardens and overseers there were commanded to find him a conveninent habitation and pay him 12 d. per week. The inhabitants of Faceby were to be acquitted and discharged. The inhabitants of Kirk Levington were required to give notice to the inhabitants of Easby before they endeavoured to remove this settlement.
