'Itt is Orderd by this Court That the Treasurer for Maymed Souldiers & charitable vses for the West parte of the said County doe pay vnto Mr John Lee of Chichester a Souldier in the warrs of his late Majestie of blessed memory the yearely pencion of forty shillings the same to be paid by quarterly payments from the date of this Order vntill further order of this Court to the contrary.'
