‘It is Ordered by this Court this pr[e]sent sessions that Mr Neale Trea[sure]r and Gen[er]all Receivor of the County stock doe out of the County Moneys now in his hands or which he shall hereafter receive pay unto John Leaver son of William Leaver the elder dec[eas]ed the sume of forty shillings for the Charge which the said John Leaver was putt unto in bureying the said Willliam Leaver whoe was a County Penc[i]oner and had and received of and from this County a yearely Penc[i]on or sume of twelve pounds for his support and maintenance and alsoe the further sume of two shillings and six pence for the Copy of this Order whose receipt with the said Copy shall be to the said Mr Neale a sufficient discharge and be allowed to him for passing his Accounts.’
