[f.114] ‘Whereas one John Jones of Chulmely in this County did formerly receive a pencion of forty Shillings per annum or thereabouts as a maimed Souldier which hath beene of late kept backe vpon a supposition that the said Jones had beene dead now it appearing vnto this Courte that the said Jones is still living this Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe continue the payment of the said Jones former pencion vntill further order and that the arreares thereof be forthwith paid him.’
