[f.94] ‘Vpon the humble petition of John Howell of Widworthy a Souldier maimed in his late Majesties Service This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe forewith pay vnto the said John Howell the Summe of Twenty Shillings for his present reliefe and the Justices of the peace of this County or any two of them neere the said Parish of Widworthy are desired to make such order for the reliefe of the said John Howell from the said Parish as they shall see cause.’
