By an order made at Thirsk on 19 October 1667, John Hayeswhittle of Richmond, for his good service was admitted a pensioner in Richmondshire, in the place of the first lame soldier that should happen to die there. The court was informed that John Rymer of Maunby was since dead and so Hayeswhittle was put in his place.
