Hargrave had previously been granted a year;y pension of 50 s. (due to the loss of his arm whilst in parliament's service). However, he complained that he was a year behind in its payment and that he had borrowed 15 s. against his last year's pension which has not yet been paid by the Treasurer, who confirmed that he had not received the money from the High Constables. Ordered that the next JP will call the Constables before him and investigate the matter.
