‘It is ordered that the Treasurer for the maymed souldiers of this County doe pay vnto John Fitz (a maymed souldier) formerly allowed a pencion of 40 s. per annum but was discontinued for his non apparance before the Justices who inspected the mayhems of the maymed souldiers of that division the summe of eight pounds for the arreares of his former pencion And that his pencion of 40 s. per annum be continued till further order.’
