'Upon the presentment of a list under the hands of Sir John Fitzjames, knight, Thomas Baynard, Robert Culliford & Robert Coker, Esquires, fower of his majesties Justices of the Peace for this county of such indigent souldiers who shewed themselves loyall and faithfull to his late majestie, together with the widdowes & orphans of such persons who never deserted the said service. It is ordered by this court, that the Treasurer for the easterne parte of this county doe pay unto each of them & who are in a list hereunto annexed the summe of 20s each for their present reliefe.'
