[f.22r] ‘Vpon the humble petition of John Coombe of Bradninch for an addition to his former pencion who was a Corporall of horse & maimed in the Service of our late Soueraigne Lord Kinge Charles the First This Courte doth thinke fitt & order that Fifteene Shillings per annum be added to his former pencion and that hee now receive in all Three pounds & Fifteene Shillings per annum per quarterly payments till further order or Death the Treasurer for the maimed Soldiers of this County is hereby ordered to pay accordingly.’
