A soldier for Charles I who had been formerly allowed a pension of 20 s. p. a., which was suspended by reason of his non-attendance on the JPs ;who were to inspect the condicon of the penconers’. It now appearing his neglect was not wilful but because he was away from home. ‘And that he was very faithfull in his said service’; so he is restored to his former pension with arrears.
