‘This Court being informed by John Browne a poore Soldier dwelling in Setchy that there is above Twenty shillings dew unto him & arre[a]re for his pension or payment ordered him heretofore doe order that the Inhabitants of Northrunton doe pay unto the said Browne Twenty shillings for that which is past & form henceforth to pay him nine pence a weeke for & towards his maintenance & lively hood.’
