Notes

Bozeatt had petitioned for relief before, stating that he had received several wounds in his military service and was in a 'lamentable condition for want of habitation'. Reported that Matthew Pettit of Irchester received Bozeatt and his family into his dwelling house, 'which being decayed and out of repair the petitioner and his family are in great danger of their lives'. A Richard Brittem of Ringstead, tailor, had a small house which he was willing to let to Bozeatt. Ordered that the case be referred to William Tate, Henry Edmonds and Francis Morgan Esq.
