[f.113r] ‘Vpon the humble petition of John Berryman of Langtree in this County Carpenter a Souldier maimed in his late Majesties service who formerly received a pencion of Fifty shillings per annum from the Treasurer of the maimed Souldiers of this County which hath of late been reduced to Thirty shillings per annum This Courte vpon a further Examinacion of the said John Berrymans hurts & demeanour in his said Majesties service doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said John Berryman a pencion of 40 s. per annum per quarterly payments till further order.’
