Unfoliated: 'Yt is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & ovseers of the poore wthin the parish of Walton shall forthwth upon notice hereof make provision for A Convenient place of habitacon wthin Ffazakerley for Jenet Massom wife of John Massom a soldier in the service of this Comonwealth or shall henceforth allowe & pay unto her the weekely sume of Ten shillings for & towards the pvicon of A place of habitacon for the sd Jenet or otherwise upon Complt made to any Justice of peace a wart shall bee awarded against them to take them bound to answer theire Contempts at the next Sessions here to bee holden.'
