Unfoliated: 'Yt is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & ovseers of the poore wthin the pish of Blackbone shall forthwth upon notice hereof make pvision for the manteynance & sustentacon of Jenett Haydock of Plesington & her three little Children by an assessmt thereon the said pishe (whose husband was prest for the service of Ireland & left noe meanes for theire manteynance) & shall allow them manteynance weekly according to there necessities untill the next Sessions here to bee holden or further order bee made herein or otherwise upno Complaint made to any Justice of peace wthin this County a warrant shall bee awarded agt them to take them bound to answer theire Contempts at the next Sessions here to bee holden.'
