Notes: Unfoliated: 'It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore wthin the pish of Lancaster shall forthwth upon notice hereof make pvision for the manteynannce & sustentacon of Jenett Kewe of Wharmere and her three smale Children by an assessmt upon the inhabitants of the said towneshipp of Wharmore whose husb was prst for the said township to go for the service of Ireland & had noe meanes to leave to manteyne her & her Children and shall allowe them manteynance weekly according to there wants & necessities untill the next Sessions of peace here to bee holden or further order bee made herein for theire manteynance or otherwise upon Complt made to any Justice of peace a warrant shall bee awarded agt them to take them bound to answer there Contempts at the next Sessions here to bee holden.'
